2. Whether the judgement should be reported in Digest ? RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner no.1 namely Ranbir S/o Partap seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No.396 dated 10.12.2014 under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Meham, Distt. Rohtak.
While adjourning the case for today, this court issued interim direction vide order dated 9.2.2015. In compliance of the direction issued by this court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajesh Kumar, Police Station Meham, Distt. Rohtak, submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
In view of the above, order dated 9.2.2015 passed by this court is made absolute. However, it is made clear that petitioner shall be bound by the GREESH SAHNI 2015.03.10 16:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
Crl.Misc. No.M-44520 of 2014 conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and he shall also join the investigation, as and when required.
