CRM-1304-2015 Prayer in this application is for placing on record the marriage certificate dated 24.12.2014.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and going through the contents of the application, the same is allowed. Annexure P-6 is taken on record.

Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is for the issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to protect lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 and 5. They further submit that respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are not accepting their marriage and adamant to separate them from each other by resorting to illegal means. They further submit that in view of the imminent danger to their lives and liberty petitioner No.1 had already moved a representation (Annexure P-5) before the Superintendent of Police, Kaithal.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the matter but without going into the validity of the marriage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, to take action as warranted by law on the representation moved by petitioner No.1 and in the meantime to issue necessary orders to ensure that no harm is caused to the lives and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 and 5.
