*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Kashmir Singh submits that in spite of granting last opportunity on 13.12.2018, the petitioner has not joined investigation.

Notice of motion was issued in the case on 05.02.2018 and interim order was also passed in favour of the petitioner but in spite of giving various opportunities, the petitioner has not joined investigation. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case. Accordingly, the present petition being devoid of any merit is dismissed as not only the petitioner has not joined investigation but the case under Sections 323, 324, 295-A, 326 IPC as well as Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act.
