ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking free and fair investigation in FIR No.78 dated 27.05.2021 under Sections 420, 384, 385 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station City, Khanna. He is also seeking protection of his life and liberty. Learned State counsel submits that the investigation has been completed and challan was filed before the competent Court on 02.07.2021 and charges have been framed on 05.08.2021.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise the points taken herein before the trial Court in accordance with law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. The petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation to respondent No.4 if he apprehends any danger and respondent No.4 will look into the same and take action if necessary to protect his life and liberty.
