**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.158, dated 13.11.2023, under Sections 324, 323, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC (Sections 307, 326 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Shambhu, District Patiala.

This Court vide order dated 27.05.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to their joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 27.05.2024, the petitioners have joined the investigation. SANGEETA 2024.07.31 19:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-22799-2024 Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh, does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 27.05.2024 made absolute.
