Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners on completion of 10 years of regular service or when the juniors and similarly situated employees have been regularized in view of the Policy 2002 and 2003 and grant regular pay scale and release the arrears along with other consequential benefits @12% interest per annum thereof from the date of regularisation.

On the last date of hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners have tendered affidavits dated 07.03.2023 stating therein that they are satisfied as they have been regularized w.e.f. 22.02.2023 and joined on 24.02.2023 afternoon and want to withdraw the present petition. On the last date itself, direction was issued to the District Education MANGAL SINGH 2023.03.28 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
