H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Correct latest address of respondent not furnished despite grant of several opportunities to counsel for the appellant to do so. Vide order dated 5.12.2022, it was directed that correct address of respondent be furnished by the next date of hearing fixed as 12.1.2023 and in case of default, the appeal shall be liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. It was not so done. On 12.1.2023 in view of explanation rendered by counsel for the appellant, one more opportunity was granted to him to furnish correct address of the respondent by the next date of hearing fixed as 31.3.2023. The case has been put up today. The needful has not been done by counsel for the appellant. There is no justification for adjourning the case further.

The appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
