ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) The petitioner herein complains the non-payment of salary for the last 5 years approximately.

On instructions from Sh. Navdeep Gill, Law Officer, Department of Technical Education, Punjab, the learned counsel representing the State of Punjab submits that there was some delay on the part of the department, however, the petitioner has already been paid minimum wages till November, 2022. He further submits that the efforts are being made to finalize the matter by taking a conscious decision in this regard. He undertakes that necessary decision and consequent action shall be taken within a period of 15 days from today, positively. With these observations, the present petition is disposed of. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
