CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH

Present:

Mr.G.S.Verma, Advocate for the petitioner.

**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.

Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.135 dated 24.12.2016 under Sections 420, 120-B, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.3, District Ludhiana.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the first bail application has already been decided by this Court on merits in which it was specifically observed that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required as the allegations are serious in nature and present petitioner also actively participated in the commission of the offence and forged agreement has been executed to usurp the property of Ram Lal etc. Now, no changed circumstance has been Vineet Gulati 2018.02.08 12:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh shown except that other two co-accused have been released on regular bail.

CRM No.M-4544 of 2018 -2This is not a changed circumstance for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. The present petitioner is required for custodial interrogation. No ground is made out for granting benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
