Present petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for seeking regular bail bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 86 dated 11.04.2017, registered under Section(s) 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station City Jagraon, District Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the report of Forensic Science Laboratory has already been received and petitioner has to move an application before the Court of Sessions.
