**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 106 dated 1.12.2015, registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC, Police Station Women Cell, Ludhiana. Parties were sent for mediation. Report from the mediators has been received. The disputes could not be settled. Petitioners have already joined investigation. Counsel for the complainant states that the jewellery has not been returned.

State counsel submits that only one bill of ` 64,000/- was handed over to the investigators.

Crl. Misc. No. M-44451 of 2015 -2submitted that all the articles have been returned. The orders dated 30.12.2015 and 8.1.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioners are made absolute on the condition that the petitioners would deposit ` 64,000/- with the trial Court within two months. This amount would be paid to the complainant. It would be open to the petitioners to prove at the trial that the entire jewellery had been returned. Petition is allowed.
