Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Dilawar Singh, Police Station, Division No.2,Pathankot, submits that in compliance of the order dated 01.01.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner did appear before the court below and was admitted to ad-interim bail.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 01.01.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute.

The petitioner shall continue to appear before learned trial court on each and every date of hearing unless ordered otherwise.
