(ORAL) CRM No.22256 of 2021 Prayer in the application is for preponement of date of hearing of the main petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the main case is taken up for hearing today itself. CRM-M No.26883 of 2021 1.

The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. inter alia praying for transfer of the investigation, which is being conducted in regard to a representation dated 20.05.2021 made by respondent No.6 namely Hardeep Singh son of Satnam Singh against the petitioner and her mother with a further prayer to issue directions to respondent No.3 to take action against the private respondents in accordance with law on representation dated 10.06.2021 and a further direction to respondent No.5 to serve seven days prior notice if the petitioner is warranted in any complaint.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and find that no

CRM-M No.26883 of 2021 (O&M) -2ground is made out for allowing the prayer of the petitioner for transfer of the investigation to an independent agency in representation dated 20.05.2021 made by respondent No.6 against the petitioner and her mother. 3.

Notice of motion to official respondents only with respect to other prayers.

Mr. A.S. Gill, Sr. DAG, Punjab, who is present through the medium of video conferencing accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the representation dated 10.06.2021 (Annexure P-2) made by the petitioner against respondent Nos.6 to 9 and decide the same within a period of eight weeks in accordance with law. It is further directed that in case the petitioner is warranted in any proceedings by the official respondents, the same shall be done after issuance of necessary advance notice of 07 days to the petitioner as envisaged under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.
