However, as the petitioner is stated to have been in custody since 07.11.2014, therefore, the trial Court is directed to decide the case preferably within three months from the next date fixed, by giving short adjournments and if required, by giving day to day adjournments. The Investigating Officer/SHO concerned is also directed to produce the witnesses before the trial Court at the earliest. The Senior Superintendent of Police concerned is directed to look into personally, that the witnesses are being produced at the earliest.
