HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The grouse of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.6 & 7 have taken illegal possession of her property. In this regard, she submitted a representation on 20.05.2022 (P.1) to respondent No.2-SSP, SAS Nagar (Mohali) but no action has been taken thereon so far. Notice of motion.

Mr. B.S. Sewak, Addl.AG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of State of Punjab.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by her in the representation (P.1) and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
