(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 02.08.2024 (Annexure P-10) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars and after attaching the Sanad Taksim.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
