(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the impugned order dated 17.12.2019 (Annexure P-8) passed in appeal filed by the petitioner, has already been withdrawn by the respondents, vide order dated 20.07.2021 and therefore, the grievance of the petitioner qua the order in appeal already stands redressed.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner will be decided afresh in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as of now, the grievance of the petitioner, as raised in the present writ petition, has been satisfied and he does not want to press this writ petition any further and the same may be disposed of as such.
