SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for petitioners submits that in the memo of parties, respondent No.2 has been mentioned as Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar Patiala instead of Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, which is a typographical mistake and may be rectified. Request of learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed. Registry is directed to rectify respondent No.2 accordingly. Learned counsel for petitioners further submits that petitioners have filed this petition seeking protection of their lives and liberty. They are major and have married against the wishes of respondents No.4 & 5, who are parents of petitioner No. 1. Apprehending danger to their lives and liberty, petitioner No.1 moved representation dated 10.10.2018 (Annexure P-4) to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala. He confines the relief claimed in this petition for direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation of petitioners and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

In view of above submission of learned counsel for petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of SACHIN MEHTA 2018.10.12 14:31 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
