After arguing for some time and realizing that this Court is not inclined to interfere with the concurrent findings of fact recorded by both the Courts below, ld. counsel for the petitioner/tenant submits that she does not press this petition on merits and prays that the petitioner may be granted six months' time to vacate the premises subject to the condition that all outstanding arrears of rent will be cleared within a period of two months from today.

Accordingly, this petition is being disposed of without issuing Notice of Motion to the respondent as that will only further delay the matter; and with the direction that the petitioner will hand over physical, peaceful and vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondent on or before 17.11.2023, and will deposit all the arrears of rent before the Rent Controller, Patiala on or before 17.7.2023, failing which this revision petition will be deemed to be dismissed without any further orders.
