( 2 ) CRM-M-24352-2022 (O&M) The counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his instructions, the petitioner has been found innocent during investigation made by the police.

The State counsel on instructions from ASI Om Parkash has admitted that during interrogation, the petitioner has been found innocent and the challan has been presented against main accused Ramanjit Singh. In view of the above, as the petitioner has been declared innocent by the police, the present petition stands disposed of being rendered infructuous. However, in future, if any cause of action survives, then the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the appropriate legal remedy.
