******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has instructions to submit that demand raised by virtue of letter (Annexure P15) produced in CWP-27397-2018, has been withdrawn in view of fresh policy of HUDA dated 22.08.2019.

As the demand has been withdrawn, the cause to file this petition has been rendered infructuous. As and when further demand is raised as per new policy, petitioner will be apprised of the same. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioner to avail other legal remedy with regard to fresh demand, if any, raised by HUDA in view of policy dated 22.08.2019.
