NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner on compassionate ground.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh one, on the same cause of action, with better particulars by attaching all the necessary documents.
