(ORAL) The petitioner herein has sought the quashing of the General Diary Report/Rapat No.50 dated 21.11.2020 entered at Police Station Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib, under Sections 323 and 341 IPC as the cross-case of the criminal case registered at the same police station vide FIR No.128 dated 13.09.2020 under Sections 451, 323 and 324 IPC. Learned State counsel apprises the Court that the investigation in connection with the said General Diary Report is still continuing and the Challan/Charge-sheet is yet to be presented in the competent Court.
Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition at this stage with liberty NEETU RANI 2022.01.06 17:23 I attest to the accuracy of this order PHHC
