This is the third petition seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.9 dated 25.01.2020 registered under Sections 21, 22, 25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Sidhwan Bet, District Ludhiana (Annexure P-1). The first two petitions (CRM-M-25846 of 2020 and CRM-M40582 of 2020) filed by the petitioner, were withdrawn after arguments on 01.10.2020 and 03.03.2021 respectively. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even during the second round. Similar was the position on the last date of hearing.

It shows that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition.
