Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.90 dated 16.09.2013, registered under Sections 304.B and 406 IPC at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 01.01.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has cooperated. He has placed on record the copy of order dated 04.01.2016 passed by the court below. Learned State counsel on instructions has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to all these circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 01.01.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made RAJ KUMAR 2016.01.29 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
