(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.39 dated 09.04.2016 under Sections 323/324/326/506/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar.

Despite availing four opportunities, including last opportunity, petitioner has not produced the MLR of the injured. Hence, this petition is dismissed for non-compliance of the orders passed by this Court.
