HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.726 dated 08.11.2017 under Sections 323,406,420,467,468,471,506,120-B IPC registered at P.S City Hansi, District Hisar. Vide order dated 04.02.2019, this Court while granting interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join the investigation and cooperate with the Investigating Agency.

On instructions from Inspector Ram Phal, learned State counsel submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 04.02.2019 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
