Despite the lapse of more than three years, no steps have been taken till date to comply with the order dated 02.06.2022, whereby the petitioner was directed to disclose his complete movable and immovable assets by way of affidavit. Further, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he received no instructions from his client despite repeated reminders.
