Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent No.4 and not to harass him in any manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made application dated 18.9.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Barnala, is directed to look into the application dated 18.9.2017 (Annexure P1) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
