Mr.Ravish Bansal, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J (ORAL) The present petition has been filed for assailing the order dated 16/17.03.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Camp Court, Baghapurana, District Moga.

Admittedly, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated before this Court that he was owning a car which by way of compromise has been handed over to his wife. In these circumstances, the arguments raised that the petitioner was simply an agricultural labourer cannot be presumed. Therefore, learned counsel's submissions that the amount should have been as per the minimum rates of wages as prescribed in the State of Punjab for a agricultural labourer is, therefore, falsified. In view of the above submissions, this Court do not find any reasons to interfere in the order dated 16/17.03.2023 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Camp Court, Baghapurana, District Moga.
