(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.245 dated 24.09.2018 registered under Section 15 and 16 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Ellenabad, District Sirsa.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajesh, submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of above, order dated 15.10.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
