Vide order dated 08.05.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioners were released on interim bail and were directed to join investigation. 3.
As per report received from the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the parties have settled their dispute by way of an amicable settlement. A written settlement agreement has also been executed which is annexed with this report. Learned State counsel on instructions states that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the said facts, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 08.05.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
