CRM-25958-2020 This is an application for placing on record photographs, whatsapp messages and list of dowry and stridhan as Annexures C/1 to C/3.

CRM-M-22058 of 2020 -2Heard. Allowed subject to all just exceptions.

Main case As per report received from Mediation Centre, the parties have settled the dispute by way of amicable settlement. Written settlement/agreement has been placed on file. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of such settlement and the fact that petitioners have since joined the investigation in terms of order dated 7.8.2020, their custodial interrogation is not required and the petition be accepted. Learned counsel appearing for the complainant states that as the matter has been resolved amicably between the parties through mediation, he does not oppose the petition in question. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sanjay, further submits that the petitioners having joined the investigation, no recovery is to be effected from them and their custodial interrogation is not required, more particularly when they have resolved the dispute in an amicable manner through mediation.

It being so, the petition is accepted. The interim bail granted to the petitioners Susheel Abrol and Renu Abrol, vide order dated 7.8.2020 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of following conditions:- i) that the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.

ii)that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any

CRM-M-22058 of 2020 -3inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer. iii)that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court.

iv)that the petitioners shall surrender their passport before the Investigating Officer and if they are not having passport then they shall file an affidavit in that regard. In case the petitioners violate any term and condition on which the bail has been granted to them, the prosecution would be entitled to apply for cancellation of bail.

The petition in that way is allowed.
