This petition was filed for issuance of directions to the official respondents No. 1 to 3 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from private respondents arrayed in the petition. Further prayer was to issue directions to the respondents No.1 and 2 to decide their representation dated 9th July, 2021.

      & & Learned State counsel has sent statements of the petitioners through electronic medium, print out of the same is taken on record. It is stated therein that there is no objection to any party with regard to marriage solemnized of the petitioners. Further, there is no mention about the threat perception in the statements recorded. In view of statements of the petitioners, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no cause of action survives for pursuing the present petition.
