Mr. Rajesh Lamba, Advocate for respondents no. 4 to 7. *** Respondents no. 4 to 7 have appeared in the Court. They have been asked not to do anything illegal with regard to the petitioner and they have stated that neither they have done so in the past nor would do so in future.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a direction be issued to the Commissioner of Police, Faridabad to take necessary measures so that lives and personal liberty of the petitioner are not jeopardised. Whereas, counsel for respondents no. 4 to 7 have repeated what has been already said by such respondents to the effect that such respondents have never indulged in any illegal acts qua the petitioner in the past and they would not do anything illegal with respect to the petitioner and his family members in future also.
