**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 60 dated 24.05.2021 under Sections 363, 366-A IPC, 1860 and Section 12 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Fattu Dhinga, District Kapurthala (Annexure P-1) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such as the accused/petitioners herein have been acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala vide judgment dated 02.06.2023 in case No. SC/28/2022 titled as 'State of Punjab vs. Gurpreet Singh and others' arising out of above said FIR. A copy of the said judgment has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record.
