Complainant Mohd.Salman Haider alleges that he alongwith his two cousins were promised by non-applicant co-accused Rakesh Duggal that on payment of Rs.9 lacs all three of them would be taken to Macau on a work permit and secured jobs having salary @ Rs.70,000/- per month. It is alleged that payment of Rs.9 lacs was made and three complainants were taken to Macau, however, due to nonobtaining of work permit,they were deported back. CRM-M 44519/2015 was not returned and the promise was not fulfilled the FIR was lodged. It is contended that petitioner-accused has been roped in simply because he is son of main accused. The allegations against him are that he received a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- from one of the complainant and as such no offence is made out. It is further submitted that main accused-Rakesh Duggal has since surrendered before the police, and the petitioner already joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. Learned State counsel on instructions does not refute the aforesaid factual position.

In this view of the matter, interim bail granted vide order dated 1.1.2016 is made absolute.

Disposed of.
