The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.105, dated 13.07.2020, under Section 22 of NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Ghagga, District Patiala. 2.

As per status report dated 13.07.2023 received from the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala, only one witness has remained to be examined who was summoned through bailable warrants on 24.07.2023. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 4.
