(Heard through video conferencing) ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for providing protection to the petitioners who have married against the wishes of private respondents. Learned State counsel has filed affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, wherein it is stated that both the petitioners have made statement before SHO, Police Station Sadar, Fazilka that they do not want any protection. The affidavits of both the petitioners are attached with the same.

In view of the above, this petition is rendered infructuous and disposed of, as such.
