Pursuant to the interim order dated 8.2.2016, the petitioner has already put in appearance before the trial court on 15.2.2016. Since the petitioner has been summoned in a private complaint, sending him behind bars, during the course of trial, does not appear to be appropriate. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 8.2.2016 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner will remain on bail against the bail bonds already furnished subject to the condition that he will continue to appear before the trial court and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause. He will not directly or indirectly induce or threaten the witnesses acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the court and will also not tamper with evidence.
