RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to carry out the investigation through some independent agency in case FIR No.455, dated 21.09.2020, under Sections 365 and 506 IPC, and added Sections 376-D IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Nuh, as the investigating agency is in hand in glove with the accused. It is contended that police is not proceeding with the investigation against all the accused named in the FIR for the extraneous reasons.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and states that challan has already been presented in the present case against Iqbal and the Court is seized of the MEENU 2021.08.18 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
