(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.11 dated 13.3.2015, under Sections 354 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Badaliala Singh, District Fatehgarh Sahib (Annexure P-2), the Protest Petition/COM-62 of 2023 dated 13.2.2016 (Annexure P-4) and Summoning Order dated 28.3.2017 (Annexure P-5) on the basis of compromise dated 21.4.2023 (Annexure P-9) entered into between the petitioner and respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise dated 21.4.2023 has been effected in between petitioner and respondent No.2 (Annexure P-9) and the statements of the parties have also been recorded before the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said compromise dated 21.4.2023 is VIJAY ASIJA 2023.07.20 16:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

2023:PHHC:090253 CRM-M-23962-2023 also part of the mediation proceedings and the final settlement, arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, original copy of which is placed in the file of connected matter i.e. CRM-M13692 of 2023. It is submitted that in view of the said Settlement Agreement and the compromise (Annexure P-9), all the issues have been resolved between the petitioner and respondent No.2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 does not dispute the aforesaid facts.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that in view of the aforesaid development, the present petition may be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
