State of Haryana .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Ravi Sharma,Advocate for the petitioners Mr.RK Doon,AAG Haryana for respondent State Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) The parents-in-law of complainant are primarily aggrieved against the summoning order dated 2.5.2012 (P-5) passed by learned JMIC, Yamuna Nagar whereby they have been summoned as additional accused to face trial on an application under Section 319 Cr.PC in case FIR No.392 dated 13.6.2009 for the offences under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506, 120-B IPC, PS City Yamuna Nagar. This Court had issued notice vide order dated 9.1.2015 subject to the condition of deposit of Rs.15,000/- as litigation expenses. At the time of hearing it is stated that the said litigation expenses have not been deposited.

Learned State counsel submits that summoning petitioners had joined trial and till now most of the prosecution evidence is over, so therefore, no case for interference is made out.
