CR No. 3117 of 2019 -2I have heard learned counsel for the revisionist, besides going through the record.

The order passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jalandhar, is quite detailed and well reasoned one, based upon proper appraisal and appreciation of factual and legal position. There is no illegality or infirmity therein, much less apparent on the face of such order, which might have called for interference by this Court, while exercising the revisional jurisdiction.

Finding no merit in the revision petition, the same stands dismissed.
