Dated Police Station Sections 05.04.2017 Titram 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 452, 506 IPC, Seeking quashing of order dated 20.04.2018 (Annexure P-6) passed by Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Kaithal and affirmed by the appellate Court vide which application of petitioner under section 319 Cr.P.C.,1973 was dismissed in the FIR captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner submits the trial proceedings before the trial Court concerned in the present FIR has been concluded and the present petition has been rendered infructuous in terms of judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in case "Sukhpal Singh Khaira v. The State of Punjab", (2022) 17 SCC 246. 4.
