(ORAL) Prayer through instant petition under Section 482 read with Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing order dated 16.09.2017, declaring petitioner as proclaimed offender in case FIR No.22 dated 29.01.2017 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station City Batala, District Batala.

Heard.

Since the petitioner has complied with order dated 28.02.2018 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, therefore, the same is made absolute. Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the pleas, which have been taken up in this petition, before the trial Court for setting aside impugned order declaring him proclaimed offender.
