***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the notice dated 23.12.2024 (Annexure P-9) and impugned order (Annexure P-11) passed by learned Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies before the concerned department i.e. Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar, in accordance with law. 3.
