Ms. Mahima Yashpal, D.A.G. Haryana *** Ritu Bahri, J. (Oral) This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No12 dated 23.01.2020 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120-B lPC Police Station Sushant Lok Gurugram, Haryana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Rs.2000/- were recovered from the petitioner out of his share of Rs.5000/-. After presentation of the challan, the other co-accused had already been granted regular bail, as per details given below:- i Shailender Kumar has also been granted bail vide CRM M No18545 of 2020 decided on 30.07.2020 (Annexure P1) ii Rajender Kumar has also been granted bail vide CRM M No18120 of 2020, decided on 28.07.2020Annexure P2 iii Nitin Tiwari has also been granted bail vide CRM M No17827 of 2020 decided on 24.07.2020Annexure P3 GAURAV ARORA 2020.08.19 12:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No. M-22358 of 2020 -2iv Subhash Chand Arora has also been granted bail vide CRM M No13165 of 2020 decided on 09.06.2020 (Annexure P4) v Lucky Uppal has also been granted bail vide CRM M No13632 of 2020 decided on 09.06.2020 (Annexure P4).

Learned State counsel has not disputed the above orders. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2020. Heard.

Keeping in view the period of incarceration of the petitioner and the fact that trial may still take some time for its conclusion, this court feels that there is no need to detain the petitioner any longer. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Gurugram.
