Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Manmohan Singh, Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib has informed that wife of the petitioner namely Sandeep Kaur along with two minor children are residing with the petitioner. From perusal of the interim orders for last two dates, it comes out that petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petitioner further.

Dismissed for non prosecution.
