(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.0004 dated 17.01.2025 registered under Sections 109, 140, 304, 118, 190, 191 of BNS at Police Station Fatehgarh Panjtoor, District Moga and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after impleading all the accused persons.
